0.1 DELIVERY_METHOD
How the work actually runs.
Engagements follow a simple path: understand the problem, prove it with findings, scope the fix, build it, and support it. Not every engagement uses every step, and the goal is always the root cause and a working system.
0.2 ENGAGEMENT_FLOW
Discovery
A short, direct conversation about what is breaking or what you are trying to build, who it affects, and which systems are already in play. No commitment, no pitch deck.
Assessment
A focused review of the system, workflow, data, or infrastructure to find the real root cause and produce clear findings instead of guesses. Often the fastest way to stop fixing symptoms.
Scope
Turning findings into a defined plan: outcomes, milestones, and the systems and constraints the work has to respect. This is where surprises get removed before the build, not during it.
Build
Senior hands on the actual work: software, portals, integrations, reporting, or infrastructure, built around how the business really operates and tied to the systems you already run.
Support
Ongoing development, integration, data, or technical-leadership support for when the work is broader than a single project and needs continued senior ownership.
0.3 ENGAGEMENT_MODELS
The same work is delivered under three engagement models. Which one fits depends on how well the problem is already understood.
MODEL_01
Technology Assessments
A focused review of a system, workflow, data problem, or infrastructure concern. You get clear findings, practical recommendations, and a path forward.
MODEL_02
Project Work
Scoped builds and remediation work with defined outcomes. Good when the business already knows the problem and needs senior hands on the fix.
MODEL_03
Retained Engineering
Ongoing development, integration, data, or technical leadership support when the work is broader than a single project but still needs senior ownership.
See the full service lines for what each model covers in practice.
