These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of northwerk.com (the “Site”), operated by Northwerk LLC (“Northwerk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wisconsin limited liability company. By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes about Northwerk's technology consulting services. You may browse, download, and print content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content or remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

2. Intellectual Property

The NORTHWERK name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Northwerk LLC. You may not use any trademark displayed on the Site without our prior written permission.

It does not constitute professional, technical, legal, or financial advice. Each client engagement is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work. Do not rely on Site content as a substitute for professional consultation.

4. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on the Site is accurate and current. However, we do not warrant or guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content on the Site. All case studies describe anonymized work from prior engagements and do not guarantee specific results.

NORTHWERK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NORTHWERK LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL NORTHWERK'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Northwerk LLC and its members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Circuit Court of Wood County, Wisconsin.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Northwerk regarding your use of the Site.
